Scott Shields

Scott serves as an officer and director of the company. With over a decade of Network Marketing experience, he also contributes valuable expertise in corporate management, law, and finance. He holds a business degree and a Juris Doctorate degree. He served as the managing attorney of a Fortune 500 company for 4 years. He served as the managing partner of a highly successful law firm for over 15 years. Scott and his high school sweetheart Dorene have been married for 29 years and they are the proud parents of eight children.

Jared Riley

As VP of Development, Jared is responsible for addressing strategic Internet technology issues as well as overseeing day-to-day operation of the Solution X client web properties and development projects. Prior to joining Solution X, Jared co-founded Circle Tree Media, a development firm specializing in web application development, database integration and communication portals. Jared received a Bachelor's degree from Boise State University. He is married and the father of three children.

Nate Draschil

As Director of Development, Nate lives at that critical intersection where the Solution X executives, clients and development team connect. He leads the project management team as well as helping strategize product development. He's managed projects, clients, and personnel in the network marketing industry for 10+ years. Nate is a Texas native who could live off of BBQ, Bluebell Ice Cream and Dr. Pepper. He has a bundle of children and a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University. He likes his technology useable, his copy concise, and his literature Russian.

Ryan Riley

Solution X benefits from Ryan's vast portfolio of project experience in using browser-based technology. His specialties include: web application development, network architecture, database design integration and more. Ryan co-founded, Circle Tree Media with his brother Jared and they worked together in empowering their clients to successfully promote applications, leverage e-commerce, manage internal operations and to enhance user experience. Ryan owns three technology patents and is an adjunct professor at Boise State University.

Eric Nelson

Brett's primary role is to produce all audio, video, email, ad and website content so it supports each marketing goal and makes every client's website something people will want to talk about. He earned valuable Network Marketing industry experience working for MyMangosteen.com and NuSkin for 10+ years. Brett has a degree in English and was a entertainment journalist for The Daily Herald. Brett is also an actor, improv instructor and is a husband to a lovely wife and father to two precocious kids.

Nathan Shields

Nathan earned a business marketing degree from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in international business. He works with new clients to understand their marketing and business objectives and ensures that those goals are infused into the user experience of each implementation. He is also an integral part of the SolutionX sales team. Nathan loves spending time on the slopes as well as spending time with family and friends. He and his wife reside in Cedar Hills, Utah.

Royal Fletcher

Royal is passionate about business, marketing and Internet technologies. He has co-founded four companies and owned an Internet marketing and website development company for the past 7 years. Royal’s previous positions include Board of Directors, Marketing Director, General Manager and Owner with experience in the Internet, Enterprise Software, Retail and Manufacturing industries. Royal enjoys volleyball, mountain biking, singing and spending time with his family.

Dave Brown

Roberto Medina

One of our primary HTML developers, Roberto started his career in 2001 by working for Utah Valley University as a web developer. He has also worked for Sento Corp as a QA Reports Coordinator, Hobbytron.com as IT Web Administrator and Family Products LLC as a Senior Web Administrator. Roberto lives in Provo, UT where, during his free time, he likes to snowboard, mountain bike, rock climb, camp and backpack.

Marc Andrus

As Controller, Marc's primary responsibilities include accurate monthly financial reporting, forecasting and cash flow management.  He also manages all of the companies merchant accounts. Previously he has worked for Creative Wealth Alliance and Internet Development, Inc. Marc received a B.S. in Accounting from Utah Valley University and a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University. He grew up in the Bay Area of California, lives in Provo and loves spending time with his beautiful wife and three energetic children.

Ashly Tuha

Ashly is in not only in charge of accounts receivable/accounts payable, and payroll but fills the need of Human Resource Manager as well. She makes sure that all items including insurance, new hire paperwork, 401K plans and, most importantly, birthday parties are done with skill and a great attitude. Previously, Ashly owned her own restaurant and worked in accounting at Gerda Spillmann Skincare. She attended UVU and enjoys swimming, traveling and running. She lives in Mapleton with her husband.
